Common questions
Will I lose my Google ranking?
Rankings can move after any redesign, and nobody can promise otherwise. What we control is the risk: we map every address, set redirects, and carry over titles and headings before launch.
Refresh or Rebuild?
Choose Refresh if your platform works and only the design is tired. Choose Rebuild if the platform is the problem, you need more than 8 pages, or you want a clean structure.
Will my site go down while you work?
No planned downtime. We build on a private copy and switch over when you've approved it.
How do you know which pages I have?
We scan your site and list every page, then check that list with you before design starts.
Can I keep my current platform?
Yes, that's what Refresh is for. We'll tell you at kickoff if we think the platform will hold you back.
