How a project runs
Five steps, with a duration for each. You'll know your launch date at kickoff.
The five steps
Durations are typical for a Growth site. Each package page lists its own total.
What you provide and what we provide
You provide
- Your goals and who you're trying to reach
- Text and images, or a copywriting add-on
- Feedback within a few business days
- Access to your domain and hosting, if you have them
We provide
- A written scope and launch date
- Design, build and testing
- Two revision rounds per design stage
- Updates at each step
- Handover files and logins
Late feedback moves the date. We'll say so when it happens.
When it's done, it's yours.
On final payment, your domain, code, design files and content transfer to you. We give you logins, a list of everything involved and a short guide to editing.

Process questions
What do I need to give you?
Your goals, your text and images (or add copywriting), and feedback within a few business days. Anything else, we ask for at kickoff.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds per design stage. A round is one consolidated set of feedback. More rounds can be added, quoted in writing first.
How will I see progress?
Through a private preview link, plus updates at each step.
What if I don't like the design?
Tell us at the design stage. Two revision rounds are included, and if we're far apart after that, the refund terms apply.
