What changes the price
Packages are fixed for their listed scope. These are the things that would take a project outside it, and we'd quote them in writing first.
- Page count. More pages than the package covers.
- Integrations. Booking, payments, CRMs or other tools to connect.
- Content. Whether you provide the words and images, or we write them.
- Platform. Shopify, WooCommerce, or a platform you already use.
- Custom components. Interactive features beyond the package.
- Timeline. A launch date earlier than the package's turnaround.

Yes, for the scope each package lists. If you want something outside it, we quote that in writing before any work starts. Nothing is billed without your approval.
How does payment work?
You pay 50% when you order and the balance at launch. Care plans bill the first month at checkout, then monthly.
Can I get my deposit back?
Yes. Your deposit is fully refundable until the kickoff call. After kickoff, refunds are pro-rated to the work delivered. The full terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Is sales tax included?
Not in the package price. Any sales tax is confirmed on your invoice.
Can you launch faster?
Sometimes. A faster timeline can change the price, and we'd quote it in writing first. Landing Pages are the quickest route: 7 to 10 business days.
Can I cancel a Care plan?
Any month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for.
